Once good form is accomplished progression will naturally follow, said Super Slow personal trainer John Crowder.

“Don’t worry about weight,” Crowder said.

“Weight will handle itself; worry about form and reps.” Crowder starts his new clients off with about six machines per workout and gradually builds up to about 10 per workout.

For Super Slow training to be effective it should be practiced two to three times a week for about 30 minutes each time, said Crowder.

There should be 48 hours between each workout.
